We will be honest with you about expectations and fluctuations. Region Coverage: Pacific Northwest What you'll be doing: Leading a dynamic team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), Territory Business Managers (TBMs), and Associate Reps (ARs) in the assigned sales region to achieve and exceed target budget Developing integrated regional business plan including targeting, forecasting and resource allocation Assisting TBMs and KAMs in the business planning process for their territories. Aligning on goals, objectives, strategy, and execution for accounts Understanding business at the regional level and providing quarterly sales operating reviews to sales leadership Holding weekly 4 Discipline of Execution (4DX) calls with region to share weekly priorities and hold the team accountable Spending field time with team to strategize, coach, train, and develop employees What you'll bring: Bachelor's degree required with 5 + years of sales management experience within medical device/healthcare space. Must have experience in an operating room environment Must have a valid driver's license Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, as well as presentation skills Strong business acumen including knowledge of sales processes and market dynamic while leveraging your strong leadership to make strong business and forecast decisions. Individual must live within the current geography or be willing to relocate to it. Fa
