Job Description

OSP experience-
Knowledge of OSP Poles
Being able to differentiate between Electric, Cable TV and Telecom Hardware-Copper cable, fiber cable, service drops, peds, J-hooks etc.

Basic understanding of pole ownership and rental

Client OSP symbology
PXFR tool analysis-
Ability to address questions from the field forces regarding:
Timesheets
Process issues
Job Management
Excel / Teams etc. experience-

Joint Use Experience is a plus
Understanding pole ownership and Inventory Audits
Difference between a Joint Use Contract vs. Joint Ownership vs. a Licensee Agreement
Understanding pricing schedule within an agreement
Understanding contract structures
ArcGIS Pro or GIS experience
Understanding how to utilize ArcGIS Pro to review inventory data received from a vendor
A working understanding of the different tools within the system
Table to Excel / Excel to Table
Symbology
Manipulation of the data for data reviews to provide clarity within the review
Data Analyst Main Job Functions:
Support the deliverable data reviews coming back from the vendors: inventory and/or drop removals
Support Inventory team in assisting with WC assignments to vendors and other admin tasks to help setup inventories prior to dispatch
Support drop removal project by performing analysis on work/non worker layers vs pole candidate locations to generate the most efficient dispatch list for vendors or Client techs
Assistance with the PXFR Tool, generating reports and analysis on results, time charged to project, financials, etc.
Inventory vendor communication would be in association with the Client Inventory/Drop Manager
