Role Overview

As a Lead ML/AI Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in expanding our machine learning platforms, crafting innovative client solutions utilizing these platforms, and supporting the integration of teams into these systems. Your work will contribute significantly to the development of generative AI solutions, underscoring our commitment to pioneering in AI technology.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement solutions that utilize our current ML platforms to address specific business challenges.

Enhance and expand our ML platforms to ensure they are scalable and robust.

Work collaboratively with stakeholders to design and develop GenAI solutions that deliver significant value and innovation.

Mentor and lead a team of ML/AI engineers and data scientists, promoting best practices and sophisticated techniques.

Manage the onboarding of teams to facilitate smooth integration and effective use of our ML platforms.

Stay updated with the latest trends in MLOps, GenAI, and cloud technologies to maintain our competitive edge.

Lead strategic initiatives in ML/AI to align with and support our business objectives.

Required Qualifications

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Significant experience in MLOps, DevOps, or similar areas.

Demonstrated experience with ML platforms on cloud infrastructures, particularly Azure.

Proven track record in developing GenAI solutions and client applications.

Strong coding skills in Python, R, or similar programming languages.

Expertise in ML/AI frameworks and libraries.

Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities.

Good to Have

Certifications in Azure or other cloud technologies.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization and orchestration technologies.

Familiarity with DevOps, MLOps practices, and tools for ML/AI model deployment.
