Job Description:
The Event Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the corporate events team. Areas of support focus on budgeting, invoicing, contracts, administration, adherence to corporate policies, working cross-functionally within marketing and other departments within Qualcomm and general event marketing support.
Duties, Responsibilities and Qualifications
• Budget development and oversight experience
• Responsible for event nancial tracking
• Serves as point person for all event related contracts; Works closely with other departments (finance, legal, etc.) to ensure contracts are reviewed and completed in a timely manner.
• Creates and submits compliance documentation to ensure activations meet corporate guidelines.
• Track and monitor progress of deliverables, set deadlines, and ensure deliverables are delivered on time.
• Handle finances, organize business documents, and manage risk
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrates ability to provide organized, meaningful solutions under time sensitive conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.
