- Plan, scope, and create work that contributes to a larger, long-term plan
- Communicate your ideas and work to your direct team and other teams
- Work with other designers and XFN stakeholders to integrate your product area with the larger Tidal's ecosystem.
- Drive execution of your product area in its entirety.
- Work on challenging, wide-reaching projects for your team
Qualifications
You have:
- 6+ years of professional design experience
- Experience with turning complex problems into simple and engaging solutions
- A natural understanding of the end-to-end design process - from identifying customer needs, jobs-to-be-done and pain points to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to connect the dots across the entire customer ecosystem both on and off our products
- You actively plan, scope, and create work that contributes to a larger, long-term plan
- A portfolio of work on which you were the primary designer, with moderate guidance from design leadership
- Articulate high-level team goals and connect your work to larger team or company initiative
- Experience in customer journey mapping and strategic design to complement design foundations
- Familiarity in creating interactive prototypes
- Experience with designing CRM and Email Marketing products.
