About the Role

As our Maintenance Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Programs to enhance uptime and optimize Maintenance Unit Cost. Your leadership will ensure our plant safely produces high-quality products, meeting production goals and exceeding quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a skilled team, fostering a proactive, safe, and efficient work environment
• Design and manage KPIs to drive safety, quality, efficiency, and financial success within the Maintenance Department
• Utilize CMMS systems to streamline operations and support CAPEX projects effectively
• Oversee vendor and contractor management to maintain operational excellence

About You:

As an ideal candidate you would possess:
• A two-year degree or equivalent, with 8 years of industrial supervision experience; a four-year degree is preferred.
• Project management skills and Lean manufacturing training are advantageous.
• Proven experience in continuous process manufacturing and vendor compliance.
• SMRP and CRL Certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a challenging environment, including exposure to varying conditions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CMMS programs, and Production Monitoring Software.
• Willing to work in rigorous environment including extreme heat, cold, dust and wet conditions.
• Must be able to walk, climb, twist, turn, grasp, lift, push, pull, reach, bend, squat and work on platforms in excess of 100 feet.
