Qualifications: Combination of education and experience generally acquired through the attainment of a bachelor's degree and 10 to 12 years' experience in accounting. CPA license preferred but not required. Public accounting experience required. Financial institution experience required. Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communications, as well as proven ability to present to internal management groups, external stakeholders and Board of Directors. Strong leadership and coaching experience, with demonstrated ability to collaborate through cross-functional teams and initiatives.
