Location: New Radiance (Boca Raton, FL)
Full-Time Opportunities Available: Our standard operation hours are Monday - Friday: 9 am - 7 pm, Saturday : 9 am - 4 pm, Sunday: Closed.
Come learn the basics of the business as a Patient Coordinator: Guest Relations Front Desk, assisting customers with all needs including scheduling, all office functions, bring your great energy and positivity to the position.
Responsibilities:
- Have a flexible schedule that allows you to work a minimum of 35+ hours a week - no one works past 40 hours a week.
- Have a genuine interest in the Medical Spa industry
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Be detailed oriented
- Have a minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a medical office environment. But willing to train the right candidate in Patient Care Coordinating for long-term success.
- Understand office process and use your Administrative and organizational skills to ensure a daily smooth operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient care coordination role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing practices
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
Salary Description
$18 hourly
