**Description**

This combined position of Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent serves as a welcome ambassador to all guests providing exceptional customer service whether upon arrival, departure, extended reservation or handling any guest needs. This is full time position consisting of two Night Audit shift and three Front Desk Agent shifts.

Job Responsibilities :

* Welcome and register guests expeditiously, provide information to guests as needed, obtain identification and credit/check approval as directed by hotel policy. Verify rate and departure date. Confirm and modify information required to complete the registration process as per hotel procedures.

* Check departing guest out of the hotel as per hotel procedures.

* Answer all guest questions accurately and resolve problems in a timely manner ensuring guest satisfaction. Authorize revenue allowances as allowed by hotel policy.

* Resolve guest problems and complaints

* Be knowledgeable of hotel and surrounding area; to sell promote rooms and seasonal hotel promotions.

* Deliver and maintain Hilton's Brand Standards.

**Specific to Night Auditor**

* Balance all department accounts.

* Reconcile front desk postings and investigate discrepancies.

* Balance all credit cards

* Audit room rates and market codes.

* Posts room and tax to all occupied rooms.

* Run Close Out reports. Closes the day.

* Completes Management reports and distributes accordingly.

* Welcome and register guests expeditiously, provide information to guests as needed.

* Provide excellence guest services with assisting guest with needs or resolving issues. .

* Be knowledgeable in all hotel emergency procedures.

Job Requirements :

* Applicants must possess excellent customer service and computer skills

* Applicants must be able to work flexible schedule (AMs/PMs) along with two Overnight Shifts

* Applicants must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays

* Must be detail oriented and able to work alone

* Must have 1-2 years night auditor or accounting experience

* Ideal candidate has previous Hilton and OnQ experience
