EHM Senior Solutions is eager to partner with a Sales Specialist to promote and market our Continuing Care at Home program for older adults to potential members and referral sources. Directly responsible for presenting and selling the LifeChoices® CCaH program to prospective members.

Job Duties for Sales Specialist include but not limited to:

- Responsible for the full sales cycle from presentation to contract-signing.

- Plan and execute in-person presentations and sales follow up with potential LifeChoices® Members to advance the sale and secure the contract.

- Advance the sales process to a successful conclusion, meeting and exceeding membership goals as established by management.

- Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm and the ability to perform a caring and consultative method of selling.

- Develop and nurture relationships with referring agencies and other community organizations to promote referrals to the LifeChoices® program.

- Execute an effective marketing plan to promote the organization.

- Maintain open communication with the Executive Director to ensure information exchange regarding market changes and marketing/sales activities.

- Assist in the planning and implementation of special events in the greater community to advance sales, community relations and referral development.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years' direct to consumer sales experience, preferably in a senior living or healthcare environment.

- Must possess excellent sales, presentation and communication skills utilizing presentation materials developed in Power Point.

- Bachelor's degree or higher is required, with a preference for health care concentration, or any combination of education and relevant experience.

- Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance and possess a vehicle for private business use.

- Must possess a thorough knowledge of the principles of effective communication and sales techniques, business development strategy, community relations, etc.

- Must possess the ability to plan, organize and effectively present ideals and concepts to consumers, community groups and agencies.
