Broadband Installation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Services Technician to join our team at Mercury Broadband. As a Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining broadband equipment at customer premises, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and technical efficiency.

• Install and configure broadband equipment at customer premises
• Interact with subscribers and represent the company in a professional manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve network outages and customer equipment issues
• Assist in training new Field Technicians and provide support to the sales team
• Survey and identify potential new business leads

• 1+ years of experience as a Field Technician or equivalent
• Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of hand and power tools
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with computers and networking concepts
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
• Self-motivated and customer service oriented
• First Aid/CPR certified and OSHA 10 certified
