Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Commercial Plumbing Estimator
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and construction methods
  • Proficient in reading construction blueprints
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with estimation software and tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Professional certification or degree in plumbing, construction management, or related field is a plus

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. Alternatively, a High School Diploma with 3 years of estimating experience or 5 years of trade-related experience will be considered
• Proficiency in plumbing codes and systems is required for this role.
• Knowledge of Estimating Software, as well as proficiency in Excel, Word, and other relevant computer programs
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to meet deadlines, plan effectively, and organize work efficiently is required
• Demonstrated capability to secure work at a reasonable profit is essential
• Attention to detail must be consistently maintained
