Commercial Plumber for Assisted Living Facility Project

About the Job:

Talent Corps is seeking an experienced commercial plumber to work on a specialized project involving the expansion and interior remodel of an Assisted Living Facility (ALF).

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will perform 2nd/above-floor rough-in plumbing for the ALF expansion and interior remodel.
  • They will install PVC sanitary, waste, and vent piping systems, as well as copper sweat water distribution for piping and fixtures.
  • Additionally, they will handle galvanized threaded and coupled gas piping.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in rough-in plumbing, particularly in commercial settings.
  • Skilled in installing PVC, copper, and galvanized piping systems.
  • Comfortable working with heights and using ladders and scissor lifts.

Estimated Salary: $50-$70 per hour, based on experience.
