Job Title: Inside Parts Sales Representative
Type: Hourly + Commissions
Job Summary: We are seeking an Inside Parts Sales Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for both incoming and outgoing customer communications related to parts sales. The Inside Parts Sales Representative is crucial in gathering information, troubleshooting to identify customer needs, and efficiently and effectively filling orders while providing outstanding customer service support.
Responsibilities:
- The Inside Parts Sales Representative responds to incoming customer requests quickly and efficiently, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
- As an Inside Parts Sales Representative, you will diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues over the phone and via email to identify needed parts.
- The role requires the Inside Parts Sales Representative to build quotes for parts sales and communicate these to customers promptly.
- The Inside Parts Sales Representative will also recommend and refer customers to other departments as needed and prioritize customer requests based on the status and complexity of their needs.
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating patience and understanding.
- Flexibility to adapt and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven problem-solving and resourcefulness.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of parts sales experience is preferred, with a proven track record in meeting revenue goals.
- Ability to use computers, telephones, and other office equipment.
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
