Recruiting Assistants are charged with 1) executing offer documents for high volume recruiters, 2) facilitating the BatchGeo process for the Talent Acquisition Team, and other projects as assigned by leadership. Behavior Technicians provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA). ABA therapy is a Surgeon General approved and peer-reviewed science that shows significant impact across social and functional living skills for children and young adults on the autism spectrum.
Duties and Responsibilities
    • Provide support to the Recruiting Team by extending offer documents for Recruiters.
    • Follow up with candidates regarding missing offer documents.
    • Upload all offer documents into Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Manage and reply to the ABA email account.
    • Manage weekly refresh of Clinical/Coordinator daily numbers sheet.
    • Manage All Market Recruiting Sheet and corresponding actions in Greenhouse.
    • Assign incoming referrals to Recruiters.
    • Handle internal transfer letters.
    • Update job posts.
    • Create and distribute BatchGeo twice daily.
    • Track and initiate pay out for candidate bonus.
    • Other projects as assigned by leader.
    • Compliance with Centria's Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and Federal and State laws.
    • Responsibility to report violations of Company policies or the Code of Conduct.
Pay Range

$18-$20 hourly
Qualifications
Education/Licenses

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Work Experience

Prior experience in Recruiting department preferred
Equipment and Technology Requirements
  • Working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)
  • Greenhouse ATS, preferred
Other Competency Requirements
  • Ability to follow written instructions
  • Ability to use computers and computer/software programs
  • Ability to communicate expressively and receptively
Knowledge and Skills
  • Results-driven with the aptitude to apply critical thinking skills, problem-solving, analysis and sound judgment

Working Conditions:
  • Centria's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
  • If you are supporting a market in a different time zone, there will likely be a need to adjust your schedule to meet Behavioral Technician availability.
  • Additional time or occasional shift in schedule may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.
Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
