Who you are:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) at Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you will provide nursing care to patients in a short-term observation unit designed to assess and manage patients who require further evaluation but do not require immediate hospital admission. The ideal candidate will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, and be dedicated to making a positive impact on the experience of our patients.

What you'll do:
  • Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status based on interview, examination and review of clinical data.
  • Employing your critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve patient outcomes
  • Demonstrate proficiency in assessing, responding and adapting plan of care to meet the needs of the patient population served by the CMC.
  • You will serve as a mentor for your team.
  • You'll have the opportunity to join various clinical committees to help drive exceptional care and create positive outcomes for our patients.


Qualifications

What you'll bring:

• 1+ years of experience as a RN

• Current unencumbered RN license in the State of NH

• American Heart Association BLS certification required

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred

• BSN strongly preferred
