Perform visual inspection of parts for defects, paint thickness, perform MEK test and color match. Contact supervisor if there is a question. Maintain a correct count of parts as they are packed; Match counts to work order and record in ERP system. Remove all masking; deburr holes if required. Direct, instruct and assist Packers. Work performed based upon work orders or routings and/or verbal instructions. Ensure parts are packaged to prevent damage during shipping process. Page material handler to transport finished parts to appropriate location. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent or previous experience in a manufacturing environment. Must have and wear protective gear designated for the Department and job. Must be able to stand for all or most of a regular work shift as well as reach, bend and stoop. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to read / write and understand both verbal and written work instructions, work orders and customer specifications.
