Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Lead Packer to join our team at Hartford Finishing. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the packing process and ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth packing process
  • Perform visual inspections of parts for defects and quality issues
  • Maintain accurate counts of parts and record in our ERP system
  • Direct and instruct packers to ensure efficient and effective packing
  • Ensure parts are packaged to prevent damage during shipping

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
