Principle Responsibilities
  • Leads and contributes to the work of various strategic goals and projects.
    • Leads the work unit/project team to carry out assigned duties.
    • Identifies and uses internal and external support resources to accomplish work goals.
    • Assumes role assignments when needed or requested.
    • Offers information and perspectives regarding current trends and issues to stimulate new ideas and thinking.
    • Develops conclusions and implementation plans for projects.
    • Participates in senior level team meetings.
  • Builds a broad range of healthcare management skills.
    • Works effectively with all levels of leaders and clinicians throughout the system.
    • Directs or leads the efforts of others in a work group or project team.
    • Leads/contributes to/participates in committees related to project work and other assignments.
    • Presents findings and implementation plans to appropriate leaders as needed.
    • Participates in professional/organizational development opportunities.
    • Completes operational improvement initiatives through data collection and analysis.

Job Requirements
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, hospital administration, public administration, or business administration required and
  • 0 to 2 years experience within the healthcare industry, e.g. internship, externship, fellowship, or employment required
