This role is responsible for ensuring customer quality standards are maintained and fulfill customer's minimum auditing requirements as stated per contract.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Audit in-process VPC procedures and final quality of the vehicle to assure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Verifies all vehicles VIN numbers and that the work scheduled for the vehicle is complete.
  • Maintain quality control records according to WWL requirements.
  • Insure accurate and timely reporting of all quality problems to management.
  • Follow up on countermeasures to provide input to management that procedure is in place and being followed.
  • Perform other assignments as directed.
Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Complete understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, accessory, distribution, and body shop processes
  • Ability to identify quality problems associated with vehicle and lead effort to construct and implement effective countermeasures to problems.
  • Multiple accessory installation experience with demonstrated proficiency
  • Read and understand SOP and suggest changes
  • Complete understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, customer requirements concerning vehicle condition prior to shipment.
  • Ability to carry out specified work procedures and directions of supervisors or leads.
  • Be motivated and self-directed.
  • Must be able to lift, carry and hold items up to 50lbs
  • Able to work in all weather conditions
  • Have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmission.
  • Good communication skills, able to work well with others and keep good relationships with others.
