We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Electrical Quality Assurance Field Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that electrical products and systems meet specified quality standards and regulations. Your primary duties will include developing quality assurance standards, conducting testing and inspection of electrical components, analyzing data to identify defects, troubleshooting quality issues, and maintaining detailed documentation of quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance standards and procedures for electrical products.
  • Perform inspections and provide oversight of testing of electrical systems and components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, tests, and any corrective actions taken.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality discrepancies and the corresponding corrective measures.
  • Collaborate closely with construction teams, engineers, and project managers to swiftly address and resolve any quality issues that may arise
  • Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and vendors as required.
  • Provide comprehensive training and guidance to construction personnel on quality standards and best practices to ensure strict adherence to quality assurance protocols.
  • Identify and resolve quality-related issues and non-conformities promptly to uphold project timelines and uphold the highest quality standards.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to continually enhance quality processes and overall project outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in quality assurance within the construction industry.
  • Profound understanding of electrical systems, construction practices, and relevant codes and standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in utilizing QA tools and software.
