Job Summary:
This is an intensely collaborative role with the Regional Director of Clinical Operations (RDCO). Communication is a significant aspect of this role; when in doubt over-communication is better than lack thereof. This role will continue to evolve as the company grows. The regional lead clinician was developed out of a need for each clinician to have a go-to person for liaising between senior-level management and the clinicians/facilities.

- Assist in coordinating rounding schedule with Providers and Facilities (minimum twice weekly visits in every facility)
- Identify key opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency
- Utilize a centralized scheduling tool (coming soon) to make available providers' schedules to the senior management team; this is another area where more communication is better than less, especially when facility management/ownership personnel reach out directly to our CEO & COO

- Quality patient care and clinical effectiveness
- Effectiveness and efficiency of clinical rounds, following appropriate care models, processes, and standardized procedures of LTC Healing Partners

- Be a clinical resource for providers, including standardized company guidelines (especially those requiring immediate attention)
- Perform regular (no less than weekly) check-ins with clinicians

- Assist RDCO with planning & coordination for new facility contracts and provider placement -- Strategic employment of providers throughout the region should be discussed with senior management before significant changes are made due to preexisting agreements and client requests
