Join our team and grow with us PitchBook's Product Manager II works collaboratively with key stakeholders and project teams to execute on the department's product roadmap. This role plays an active role in defining strategy and prioritizing our roadmap. The Product Manager II will mentor new and junior Product Managers on PitchBook's product and the Product Management processes at PitchBook. Primary Job Responsibilities: Validate client needs, pain points, and business opportunities through ongoing user research Be a SME for your product area(s) and resource for team members across PitchBook Actively define roadmap prioritization and create business cases for new opportunities Create detailed functional specifications from prioritized requirements Communicate requirements and technical details to stakeholders, including engineering teams Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and project teams to execute your product roadmap Continuously improve our external and internal deliverables and operational processes Build strategy for integration of existing Data Technology tools with our Public Equity operations team Give compelling presentations to stakeholders on projects and vision Be a resource for junior team members on the Product Management process Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, or related field 3+ years of product management experience, or 2+ years of product management experience with 1+ years of experience fulfilling product functions within the financial market intelligence/data platform domain A proven record of shipping high impact data solutions and workflow tools Bias for action and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary to meet team goals Experience gathering user-centric requirements and writing functional specification documents Superior attention to detail including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong audience awareness Strong understan
