Dominguez Chiropractic is looking for an intake coordinator

We are a high-volume, personal injury chiropractor looking for a charismatic, sales-oriented, and dependable intake coordinator to join our team. Because we are a larger company, with 7 different locations and a high patient volume, we learned a long time ago the importance of creating systems and organizing departments. Our intake team's responsibilities include: scheduling patients for our different locations, filtering phone calls, directing calls when appropriate/necessary, mailing out brochures/info to prospective clients, and setting up marketing meetings.

Location: Corporate Office (Duluth)

Hours:

Monday to Friday

9 am to 6 pm

includes 1-hour break

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

Schedule patients

Accept and transfer calls

Communicate with attorney's offices

Provide weekly status reports

​Qualifications:

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Strong communication skills

Friendly demeanor

Bilingual - must speak Spanish and English

Experience is not a must as we will provide training; however, some personal injury experience is preferred.
