Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program. Minimum Associate degree, Bachelor's preferred. Associate degree hires must obtain a BSN within 6 years of hire date
  • Application to sit for CT RN license must be completed and licensing obtained within 90 calendar days of graduation date
  • Demonstrates ability to develop, deliver and evaluate patient care
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to work as part of a collaborative team
