Job Description Summary Responsible for leading investor relations initiatives and activities that develop and enhance the company’s corporate reputation and engagement with the investment community. As well as lead the coordination and reporting of the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) program. Job Description Key Accountabilities Leads investor relations strategic initiatives and activities to ensure alignment and understanding of the company’s strategic messages and enhance the company’s reputation. Leads strategic development of key messages, Q&As, publications, presentations, and electronic media (i.e. IR website) used in the IR program. Performs the data collection, analysis, writing, editing, and production of those materials in collaboration with Leadership and other functions. Manages ongoing and productive dialogue with analysts and investors (traditional & CR&S) to promote a better understanding of Endo’s value proposition. This includes investor outreach, targeting, and relationship management, including IR conferences and roadshows, investor tours, and meetings/conference calls. Provides management understanding of external perspectives on the company as well as ownership information and buying/selling trends. This includes but is not limited to active monitoring of security analysts’ research and earnings estimates, consensus models, relative stock price movements, and periodic ownership analysis and supports the monitoring of trading data. Works collaboratively with corporate leadership to build, manage and maintain the framework for Endo’s CR&S strategy. This includes assisting in the determination of appropriate metrics and reporting requirements. Lead the annual CR&S voluntary report development and publication and work with Corporate Affairs on internal and external publications to enhance the Company’s reputation on environmental, social & governance issues. Research and evaluate CR&S trends and sustainability best practices to drive business results, reduce risk and enhance the Company’s reputation on environmental, social & governance issues. Participates in crisis communication preparedness initiatives, including data collection and analysis, drafting, editing, and support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in a public company or in a financial analyst role with a sell-side firm. Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience preferred. Strong finance experience required, with additional experience in ESG, corporate or brand communications, marketing, or planning/development preferred. Must demonstrate progressively responsible experience. Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, equity, and debt investing, accountancy, sales, marketing, and CR&S trends. Knowledge A good understanding of finance, strategic communication, ESG frameworks and trends, public relations, marketing, advertising, and the media. Competencies Outstanding financial and investment analysis skills, oral and written communication skills, and presentation ability. An in-depth understanding of the financial, ESG, and investment markets and the ability to adapt quickly to changes. Must demonstrate good judgment, exceptional writing, analytical, presentation preparation, and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and an outstanding ability to communicate using these qualities and skills. An energetic, efficient, and resourceful team player/individual contributor and ability to work with teams across the organization. A strong network within sustainability, ESG, and other related communities is a plus. Physical and Mental Requirements Travel and working across time-zones required.
