Description

Our Client, a leader in commercial real estate and facilities/asset management is seeking to add an HVAC Engineer to its team. This role will work in York, PA and works Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm. This is a contract to hire role that pays $25 - 26.90 per hour. Upon conversion this role offers increased compensation,an annual bonus plan, and a strong benefit package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including changing filters, bolts, and other essential components.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues in a commercial setting.
  • Work in a testing environment to ensure systems meet operational standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC systems.
  • Proficient in performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
  • Familiarity with HVAC testing procedures and standards.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • HVAC Certifications, Refrigerant Certification.
