Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team. The Customer Relations Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication
- Address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer problems and ensure satisfaction
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention

Requirements:
- Proven work experience in customer service or a similar role
