Randstad is partnering with one of our national clients in the Financial Services industry, and recruiting candidates to join their team as a Client Services Associate. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity would require you to work a Hybrid schedule that is located in Wilmington, DE. Please see the job description below for more details. Contract-to-Hire Compensation: $25-$35 per hour; based on experience / Salary: $60-70k Hybrid Model - 3 days onsite Location: Wilmington, DE Requires working hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Portfolio rebalancing (document preparation, money movements)

  • Prepare new account paperwork, contracts, and subscription agreements.

  • Manage the opening and closing of accounts – this includes SMA's and brokerage.

  • Manage cash and security movements, including deposits, withdraws, gifting, wires, journals.

  • Assist with presentations and proposals using PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Analyze and review billing for accuracy.

  • Continually monitor and update Client database and portfolio/account management applications, including Salesforce and Addepar.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required – Finance or Business preferred.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience within financial services.

  • Some understanding or experience with Mutual Funds, Alternative Investments, Equities, Margins, or Line of Credit

  • Basic level of experience would be enough

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly organized, with relentless attention to detail.

  • Motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally.

  • Ability to prioritize in a highly visible, fast paced team environment.

  • Great administrative and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a heavy emphasis on Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint.
