About the Role

Hoyleton Youth and Family Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative offices in Fairview Heights, IL, you will play a vital role in providing mental health services and advocacy for families in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy to children, adults, couples, and families in an office or community setting
  • Complete bio-psycho-social assessments and develop treatment goals with clients and their guardians
  • Participate in clinical case staffing and provide crisis intervention as needed
  • Collaborate with other professionals and external agencies to coordinate services and support client stability
  • Ensure proper billing and documentation for self-pay and insured clients
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related human services field
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and various treatment modalities
  • Understanding and appreciation of multiculturalism
  • Ability and willingness to complete CARE and TCI training
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Licensed clinical social work (LCSW) or licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC)
