  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up new employee accounts and collecting equipment from departing employees.
  • Manage building maintenance and upkeep, including scheduling repairs and maintenance work.
  • Arrange travel accommodations for employees, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Order and maintain supplies for the office and kitchen areas, including food and drinks.
  • Enter orders and travel expenses into QuickBooks and maintain accurate records of company spending.
  • Send birthday/anniversary emails to employees to celebrate special occasions.
  • Order food for meetings and coordinate catering services.
  • Manage company certifications and ensure that all employees are up-to-date on required certifications.
  • Order business cards and shirts with embroidery for employees.
  • Manage security systems such as ISONAS/ADT and ensure they function correctly.
  • Add or remove users from Connectwise Manage as needed and assign Connectwise University and Training to new employees.
  • Add new users and birthdates to Crewhu, an employee recognition and engagement platform.
  • Assist with HR tasks, including benefits administration and payroll.
  • Organize company quarterly lunches/events and ensure that they are successful and enjoyable for all employees.
  • Make professional company announcements to employees and external stakeholders as needed.
