Under intermittent supervision, the position works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Location: Onsite - Faribault, MN

What you will do:

  • Production Floor Support for day-to-day activities
  • Serve as the primary connect between IT and manufacturing team for any existing and upcoming projects
  • Functional Requirement gathering and Documentation
  • Work on solution approach with respective teams
  • Support implementation team
  • ServiceNow Ticket management
  • Assist in evaluating business needs, research and perform impact analysis of new requirements or changes
  • Perform and manage application configuration, testing rollout of MES Application
  • Troubleshooting of Printing application like Cipher, Bartender etc.
  • Resolve issues and provide RCA of issues
  • Understand current solution Design implementation
  • Working as a Business Analyst being a key link between IT and Business

Minimum Requirements:
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
  • Bachelor's Degree - Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in person out of Faribault and/or Owatonna MN facilities
  • 4+ Years of experience in data analysis, IT Business analysis
  • Knowledge of Production, Quality Warehouse processes
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. (An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
Preferred
  • 6+ Years of BA experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in developing and debugging SQL queries
  • Experience with Oracle EBS
