Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team in Frankfort, KY. The ideal candidate will possess strong general computer skills and be adept at imaging Windows 10/11 computers. In addition to imaging, the candidate may also be involved in light break/fix tasks and scripting using PowerShell, which would be considered a valuable asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform imaging of Windows 10/11 computers for deployment.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Conduct light break/fix tasks to ensure minimal downtime for users.
  • Create and modify scripts using PowerShell to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment and software inventory.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement new technologies and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong general computer skills.
  • Experience with imaging Windows 10/11 computers.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues.
  • Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education and Experience:

  • Previous experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
