About the Role

As an LVN or LPN at this Senior Living Community, you will administer medications, support wellness initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with quality monitoring. Communication with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers, pharmacies, family members, and staff is vital for timely clinical interventions and follow-up. You will oversee Medication Technicians and Caregivers while providing direction on daily shift assignments.

Requirements

  • Active LVN or LPN license in the State in which this community is located
  • CPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Proficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends and holidays
  • Intermediate computer and mobile device skills

Preferred Skills and Characteristics

  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to critically think and problem-solve in stressful or urgent situations
  • Dependable and self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities, adept at guiding and directing teams
  • Works with a sense of urgency while paying close attention to detail
  • More than one year of medication management experience
  • Direct supervisory experience
