Qualifications and Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
* Complete advanced coursework at educational institute accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation for Dietetics Education
* Maintenance of RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist) Credentials
* License or Certification as mandated by the state in which employed
* At least 2 years of professional work experience
* Experience with K-12 child nutrition regulations
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
* Self-driven individual with the ability to work independently
* Work will be a hybrid between remote and in accounts, some overnight travel will be required
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Inquisitive mindset when results are not as expected and the commitment to follow through on solutions
* Proficient computer skills in MS Office, Nutrition Analysis Software, and other platforms
* Successfully pass a criminal background check
