Qualifications ****

Preferred candidate will have one (1) to three (3) years combined land development and field experience.

Candidates with no-to-minimal experience will be considered. Drafting and/or AutoCAD training is a plus.

Experience must include:

  • Reduction of field survey notes
  • Reading, analyzing, and preparing legal descriptions
  • Field survey and subdivision calculations using computer software
  • Preparing CAD drawings of boundary surveys, Topographic Maps, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivision maps and other survey drawings
  • Knowledge of coordinate Geometry and computer systems

Proficiency in Civil 3D is desired.

Knowledge of Word, Adobe, and skills in Excel are preferred.
