Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) NEEDED NOW

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Type: Part-Time

  • Patient Care:

    • Assessing patients’ needs and developing individualized treatment plans to improve their ability to perform daily activities.
    • Implementing therapeutic interventions and activities designed to enhance patients' functional abilities.

  • Patient Education:

    • Educating patients and their families about therapy techniques and strategies for managing daily activities.

  • Collaboration:

    • Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and communication.

  • Professional Development:

    • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in occupational therapy.

Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensing:
    • Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in Arizona.
  • Certifications:
    • Current CPR/BLS Certification.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in home health is preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
    • Excellent communication skills and capability to work effectively in a home setting.
    • Reliable personal transportation and a valid Arizona Driver’s License.
