*Qualifications*

*What you will need:*
* Associates degree/Certification as Occupational Therapy Assistant from a college or university with an accredited Occupational Therapy program
* Current, unrestricted license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Arizona
* Current CPR Certification and Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
* A minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
* Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred

Purposefully Home is based in Scottsdale, AZ and provides therapy staffing services to our partner, Neuro RehabCare, which is a residential rehabilitation facility for individuals who have experienced a brain injury, spinal cord injury or stroke/CVA through accident or illness. Our therapists provide care in the facility and in the community to help individuals regain functional capabilities to ultimately return home and to work. Pay: $45.00 per hour
