We're on the hunt for a compassionate and skilled PRN Occupational Therapist to join a Home Health team. This role isn't just about providing therapy; it's about enhancing lives within the comfort of patients' homes, making every day a chance to improve someone's independence and well-being.

Your Role:

As a PRN Occupational Therapist, your expertise will be pivotal in assessing, planning, and implementing occupational therapy to patients under a medically approved plan of care. You'll be the cornerstone of enhancing their quality of life, focusing on physical and cognitive functioning improvements through creative and therapeutic activities.

The Opportunity:

  • Location: Anthem, AZ bring your invaluable service to patients' homes within this vibrant community.
  • Flexibility: 10-30 hours per week
  • Compensation: Competitive pay ranging from $80.00to $110.00 per hour, reflecting the specialized care and skills you bring to the team.

Qualifications:
  • Graduated from an accredited occupational therapy curriculum as recognized by the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  • Current license as required in AZ.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, with at least one year in home health, showcasing your adaptability and excellence.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective patient and team interactions.
  • Must be a licensed driver with insured automobile in line with state/Agency requirements and a clean driving record.
  • Current CPR certification, ready to provide care when necessary.
