1. Microsoft Dynamics User Support & Troubleshooting
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics users.
  • Resolve technical issues related to the Dynamics platform and ensure smooth operation.
2. Microsoft Azure AD/Dynamics User Account Management
  • Handle user account registration and management in Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
  • Manage access permissions, security settings, and user roles in Microsoft Dynamics.
3. Procurement of New PCs
  • Research, recommend, and purchase new PCs according to company needs and standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup of hardware.
4. PC Setup and Troubleshooting
  • Set up new PCs, including hardware installation, software configuration, and network setup.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for PC-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
5. User Support for Microsoft Office Products
  • Offer technical assistance and support for Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Conduct training sessions or create documentation to help users maximize their productivity with Office tools.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an IT support role, with specific expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory, including user account management.
  • Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting PCs, including hardware and software components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
