Your Role
We are hiring an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to implement, maintain, and operate required pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and systems, ensuring cGMP compliance.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes. Conduct safety inspections, ensuring GMP compliance.
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and enhance product quality.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide on-the-floor manufacturing support, operating a range of required machinery and equipment (filling, packaging, etc.).
- Support deviation and CAPA investigations, revising procedures as needed, and implementing required process improvements.
- Conduct quality batch record and change control documentation review.
- Identify and resolve issues related to manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure optimized and efficient production with limited downtime.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and records (standard operating procedures, reports, equipment logs, batch records, change records, etc.)
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
- Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering/technician role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience operating pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery, equipment, and systems (filling, packaging, etc.)
- Understanding of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Experienced in cleanroom environments.
- Experienced with required technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
