Based in Greensburg, IN, you’ll be responsible for the successful and timely management of the Maximo CMMS system, the Facility Service Request system, Support and Coordination of Facility Service Contractors associated with equipment repairs, SAP purchasing system and Department Training the and FMSC Record Site Retention Lead with system additional for maintenance direction from training/records. This position will report directly to the FMSC Site lead with additional direction from the Facilities Lead. Essential duties and responsibilities: Planning, scheduling, and completion of the account’s preventative maintenance work orders Generates, receives, and audits work orders in CMMS as instructed by the FMSC Site Lead Runs required and assigned reports from CMMS Completes and submits assigned paperwork/electronic work accurately and on time Performs preventative maintenance work orders according to schedule as assigned Receives and records Facilities Service Requests. Communicates work requests effectively with customer to determine service needs. Provides feedback to customer on progress of work requests Works with the FMSC Site Lead to coordinate and monitor Sub-Contractor activities on-site Work with FMSC Site Lead to obtain quotes for parts, materials and services required to execute the facilities maintenance requirements of this contract Input, track and verify purchase orders/invoices in the SAP purchasing system to complete PM and project work Support the Facilities Lead with input, tracking and completion of required training and record retention associated with employee training, document control and record retention of Facilities maintenance activities Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - Must possess applicable certifications and licenses and a valid driver's license Bring your team-focus, adaptability, and commitment to excellence, and we’ll help you grow what drives you – and deliver the world’s most challenging Operations Management projects, together. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements: The physical and environmental demands required to perform the essential duties of this position include standing, walking, sitting, coordination, balance and agility demands, which may include the ability to stoop, kneel, squat, grasp, reach, perform repetitive hand movements. Additional demands may involve a specific level of dexterity, grip strength, climbing and cardiorespiratory demands. The work areas may be indoor, outdoor, have loud noise, active machinery, high pressure fluid systems, electrical equipment, confined spaces, heights and depths, fumes, air borne particles, noxious gases, and chemicals. The use of appropriate safety equipment will be mandatory in these areas to prevent hazardous contact.
