Overview:
IntelliBridge is an award-winning national security company looking for a Systems Administrator to support our contract with a federal agency focused on critical infrastructure protection and secure information sharing with the private sector. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining on-prem environments, virtual machines, ensuring system stability and security. You will manage servers, assist with system upgrades and deployments, and support the resolution of issues to ensure smooth operations.

As part of a highly collaborative, dynamic environment, you will be a strategic utility player-capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality service to improve the mitigation of national security threats. Your work supporting the government will help foster trust and strategic collaboration with the private sector. You will also be proactive and forward-leaning, identifying potential issues and offering innovative solutions to enhance the government's private-sector engagement mission.

Responsibilities/Duties:
  • On-Premises Server Management. Manage testing and production virtual servers, ensuring reliability in system operations and stability in line with mission objectives.
  • System Upgrades & Deployments. Assist development teams with system upgrades and deployments across various environments, utilizing technical knowledge and strategic thinking to address evolving priorities.
  • Security & Compliance. Collaborate with team members to mitigate vulnerabilities and ensure detailed system documentation.
  • Issue Resolution. Monitor and address issues, ensuring smooth and efficient system performance, while demonstrating adaptability in handling ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Technical Support. Provide technical assistance and research-based solutions for system-related challenges, while contributing innovative ideas to enhance private sector collaboration.
Required Qualifications:
  • Background/Experience. A bachelor's degree and at least 4 years in Systems Administration, or at least 8 years of experience without a degree, including:
    1. Scheduling, processing, and documenting system delivery and implementation.
    2. Working with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for database management (e.g., backup, restore, and execute SQL scripts).
    3. Supporting on-premises environments from both a software and security standpoint.
    4. Guiding software changes through customized approval processes.
  • Microsoft Software. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and SharePoint.
  • DevOps. Experience working within a DevOps framework.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting system architectural decisions and deployment of new features.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale partnerships and secure information-sharing initiatives.
