Technical Service Engineer -Passive Fire

Location: - Remote (Occasional Expensed Visits to Main Site in South Wales)
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Highly Competitive

Russell Taylor Group has a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Service Engineer specialised in passive fire protection to join an innovative Global Company who develop and manufacture fire, thermal, acoustic and insulation solutions for both and Overseas Markets. The Role:
• Respond to technical enquires for internal and external stakeholders regarding the design, installation and performance of the passive fire protection systems.
• Engage with project management teams to address any technical queries whilst providing solutions which work to the project requirements / product specifications.
• Analyse technical specifications / drawings / plans to advice product selection and relevant standards.
• Record technical enquires and responses on an in-house CRM system.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations and integrate this into day-to-day responsibilities.

The Person:
• Experience with similar technical role (passive fire protection)
• Technical Report writing / document writing experience.
• Construction background.
• Strong communication ability.
• Excellent analytical ability.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Strong I.T ability (Excel, Office etc).
