What We're Looking For:
  • The ideal candidate has 5+ years of audit experience
  • Public Accounting experience (preferred/not required)

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead team through daily audit tasks to ensure total compliance with all internal and external policies
  • Oversee the SOX compliance for all business segments
  • Maintain highest levels of compliance with internal controls and required SOX documentation across the organization by partnering with business leaders to ensure proper training and execution
  • Act as liaison to auditors from public accounting firm
  • Lead internal audit team by reviewing and analyzing potential risks and work to identify and implement solutions
  • Review changes in requirements by governing bodies and provide sound technical advice to leadership on changes and ways to move forward
  • Grow and develop general knowledge of team on all matters related to SOX compliance and changing regulations
