Audit Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Grasping clients' requirements and expectations, along with their business and industry dynamics, accounting and control systems, workforce, corporate values, and industry-related GAAP and GAAS matters.
• Gaining insight into the RSM audit methodology and tools.
• Identifying risks and assessing the client's internal control framework.
• Conducting substantive tests and internal control assessments to pinpoint and rectify accounting or reporting discrepancies.
• Preparing financial statements in accordance with established formats.

Essential Qualifications:

• A minimum of 90 credit hours completed.
• Currently pursuing a B.A. / B.S. degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Major in Accounting.
• Willingness to travel to designated client sites is mandatory.
• Must have reliable transportation options to reach those locations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Aptitude for multitasking in a dynamic environment.
