Job Description:
As a Business Development Associate at Confidential, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and promoting our staffing services to potential clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential clients within target industries and verticals. Utilize various channels such as online platforms, networking events, and referrals to generate leads.
- Business Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and personalized outreach efforts. Present our staffing services and value proposition effectively to decision-makers.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address client requirements and differentiate Confidential from competitors.
- Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline and opportunities using CRM software. Track leads, activities, and progress towards sales targets. Provide regular updates and forecasts to sales management.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape. Leverage insights to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Coordinate efforts to meet client expectations and drive customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the staffing or IT industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and relationship building.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
