Overview

**Candidates MUST be local to Northern Virginia and able to work on-site in our Herndon, Virginia headquarters office at least two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)**

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will collaborate with the Human Resources team to provide key HR and Talent services to the organization.

YOUR IMPACT

The essential functions of this position include:

  • Process merit increases and organizational changes in HRIS and other systems
  • Assign and track performance reviews
  • Personnel file management to include uploading and attaching personnel documents to employee files
  • Process terminations in HRIS, sending termination notifications and liaison with IT for equipment return
  • Assist and serve as backup to onboarding process - conducting new hire orientations, processing new hires in HRIS, and completion of I-9's
  • Assist with HR Mailbox questions and responses
  • Process employee and contractor medical requirements to comply with contracts and SOWs
  • Assist in background checks, drug screens, monitoring and creation and dissemination of attestations of employee and contractor compliance with applicable requirements
  • Manage vendor portals and dashboards for relevant health-related project requirements
  • Serve as the liaison and main point-of-contact for vendors and clients as it relates to compliance with employee and contractor medical credentialing
  • Manage subcontractor information in HRIS to include adding, updating and termination
  • Other HR tasks, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Relevant experience with state and federal compliance regulations
  • Experience with Workman's compensation (is a plus)
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional and confidential demeanor and approach to work
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Willing to work on-site in the office 2-3 days per week

POSITION SPECIFICS

The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $26.44 and $31.25 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
