Job Summary

Hollis Cobb Associates is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Director to oversee our compliance efforts and ensure operational activities are in line with government regulations and client requirements.

Key Duties:
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and well-documented for internal/external audit purposes.
  • Deliver comprehensive but concise reports in a timely manner.
  • Assist with developing and managing compliance processes and checklists based on the region of coverage.
  • Develop risk-management strategies to avoid non-compliance and file compliance reports as needed.
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding policy questions and guidelines.

This role requires previous experience in managing a team and working in the Compliance field, preferably in the Collections or Banking industry. Experience managing a nearshore site is an asset.
