JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB SUMMARY:

The Staffing Coordinator for EngageMED will be responsible for ensuring that EngageMED is adequately staffed with qualified professionals to meet the company's operational needs. This individual will manage the recruitment and placement of healthcare staff while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and Staffing
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and create job postings.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various healthcare roles.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and manage staffing schedules, ensuring that all positions are filled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Oversee the placement of staff in various departments or client locations as required.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork, background checks, and certifications are completed.
  • Ensure compliance with EngageMED's policies, state and federal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Track and maintain up-to-date employee credentials, certifications, and licensure to ensure continued compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and secure.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Microsoft Word.
  • Versed in interview techniques.
  • Ability to multitask
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Other Key Skills:
  • Team player - possess a positive attitude and demonstrates honesty and integrity in all endeavors.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to self-start and work independently or as part of a diverse team.
  • Detail oriented and organized with the ability to easily identify areas that require improvement.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and workforce management tools.
